What if my dentist classified me as a class 3?
¨If your dentist classifies you as a class three you will need to get some sort of dental work done before you deploy. If you can get the work done right away you may still be able to deploy without being held back. (Remember: another panoramic x-ray must be taken after any dental work is done.)
What if my Body Mass Index (BMI) is too high?
¨If your BMI is too high you will not be certified for deployment. Period. If you are asking this question you need to be honest with yourself and your company as to whether or not you are close to being over 40 BMI. Your height and weight will be measured upon arrival to the clinic. A note from another doctor of your BMI will not be accepted. (Remember, attempting to get certified with an excessive BMI is a waste of your companies time and money.)
